The process takes less than a minute on most systems unless you have significantly more than a thousand annotations per map. You will be prompted to enable TerrainMap compatability when you first run MoorMap 1.39 or higher. You can also enable custom annotation synchronization with TerrainMap (TerrainMap ver 1.24 and higher now supports custom annotations). Note that this only works for non-instanced exterior locations (places that have world coordinates that are on the world map). You can now quickly swap to TerrainMap to view the terrain at a location by simply left clicking on the map and choosing "Show in TerrainMap". There is a filterable list of annotations, just enter a few characters in the name of the location or NPC you are looking for, then click on the entry in the list and a "ping" will show up on the map telling you where it is or right click on the entry to see the annotation detail.
